President and CEO

Derek Rogers, the owner of Aqua Therapy Tubs, is dedicated to offering innovative and accessible bathing solutions. With a passion for enhancing comfort and safety, he leads a team committed to improving the well-being of individuals through customized products.

Lucas Knudsen
Lead Installer

I’m originally from South Dakota and bring a strong work ethic and creative spirit to everything I build. I’m married with two sons, three dogs and a lively household. My wife is from Italy, adding an international touch to our family life. I enjoy family time, cooking and being hands-on—both at home and on the job. My passion for craftsmanship and quality shows in every project and in the pride I take in helping others through our work.

I was Born and raised right here in Phoenix, Arizona. Family man with my 2 kids, girlfriend, step daughter and 5 crazy dogs. My free time is spent riding my Harley in this amazing Arizona landscape or camping with my family. I’ve been doing home remodeling for 20 years and love this opportunity in life to use the skill set to help others.

I’m from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and I’ve been working in construction since 2025. I enjoy learning the ins and outs of residential building, especially how homes—and bathrooms in particular—are constructed. Being part of projects that give back to veterans is especially meaningful to me; it’s rewarding to help those who have served our country. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing on the weekends and spending time with my family.

I’m married with two daughters, with another on the way. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf and softball, as well as spending time at home playing Nintendo with my girls. I was born in Mexico and raised in Arizona. I’m a proud U.S. Army veteran with 10 years of service, and I’m excited to continue learning construction and growing with the team while applying my strong work ethic and dedication to everything we do.

Office Manager

Mom to two boys and two dogs. Outside of work, my family and I love exploring Arizona through hiking, paddle boarding and off-roading in our Jeep. With a background in construction, I have a strong appreciation for the details behind every project and enjoy being part of the Aqua Therapy and Bathrooms team. It’s rewarding to support work that serves our community and to be part of something I truly believe in.
