I interviewed every walk-in tub co & Derek was the only one who was full service for a remodel. Ive remodeled over 40x so I’m fussy/don’t like change order paperwork cuz every job will ‘change’ & insisted every thing is on sight before they start. They accommodated me/ there were changes/there were problems (old house) ran over projected time & all was handled professionally.
Project ended with a look we are happier with than I anticipated
No hidden costs on our bill-No surprise extras-no phony discounts & the walk-in is as advertised-comfortable-soothing-therapeutic &skin softening
Most important-if we move I’ll use them again!
