Over this time I got to know Derek and his crew (Dean and Brandon) and grew to trust them. Derek is a honest person who will give you a fair deal and does his best to make sure that you are happy with the job they have done. He cares about his work and about providing the best service possible. I also appreciated that when a few issues came up after the installation they came out right away to fix them.
