Aqua Therapy was the fourth and last contractor we consulted to redo our master bathroom. During our first meeting, I got a great feel from Derek as to his sincerity and knowledge and responsibility, and sure enough, he proved all that out. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and he was very good to work with. He was patient witih our selections even if it meant less expensive options, he always let us know what/when the next step in the project would be, and he made himself available for any questions/concerns I had. He is not like many contractors who seem "too busy" to take/return calls once they get your business. His crew of Jacob and George were very pleasant to have in the house too, and we always felt comfortable with them there. I recommend Aqua Therapy for the whole bath and not just a walk-in tub. They did our shower, walk-in tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, and medicine chests.

This is the second time I've used Aqua Therapy. My first job was having Derek build a walk-in shower for my elderly mother in November, 2015. Derek and his team were wonderful, shower works perfectly, and the shower is well built. This 2nd job is installing the walk-in Aqua Therapy hydrotherapy tub for myself. If you look at the Aqua Therapy website you can see the manufacturer is here in the USA and they stand behind their product (as does Derek). After being scammed by another walk-in hydrotherapy tub company, I went directly to Derek as he is professional, trustworthy and honest, and he makes sure everything is safe especially the electrical that was dangerously compromised by the prior walk-in tub company I originally used. Aqua Therapy Tubs is the only company (and Derek the contractor) that I trust and have complete confidence in. I'm always 100% satisfied with the results. The new tile job is beautiful and really accents this beautiful walk-in tub. The Aqua Therapy tub is the Cadillac of other walk-in therapeutic tubs being sold out there and at a reasonable price.

They remodeled both of our bathrooms, tearing out an old ugly tub and installing al a lovely walk-in shower in one and installing a therapy tub and new shower in the other. Love the new tub. We wanted a combination soaking and whirlpool tub in a small footprint and that's what this gave us. And his subcontractors were wonderful and very detail oriented too. All in all, I highly recommend Derek and this Aqua Therapy tub.

Derek is a honest person who will give you a fair deal and does his best to make sure that you are happy with the job they have done. He cares about his work and about providing the best service possible. I also appreciated that when a few issues came up after the installation they came out right away to fix them.
